Bizly – Child Safety & Protection Standards

At Biz Technologies, LLC,, we are deeply committed to safeguarding children and creating a secure platform for all users. We maintain zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and have implemented strong policies, technologies, and enforcement mechanisms to detect, prevent, and report any violations.

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

Biz Technologies, LLC, does not permit any content, communication, or activity that exploits or endangers minors. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

  • Grooming behavior

  • Sexualized content involving minors

  • Solicitation of minors
     

Any user found engaging in such activity will face immediate removal and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

2. Detection & Moderation

 

We use a combination of automated tools and human review to:

  • Detect and block CSAM and related content

  • Monitor platform activity for signs of CSAE behavior

  • Apply AI-powered filters that flag potentially harmful or exploitative behavior
     

Our systems are regularly updated to stay ahead of evolving threats.

3. Reporting Mechanisms

Users can report any suspicious or harmful activity through our in-app reporting tools, accessible from:

  • Profile menus

  • Content submission areas

  • Community interaction features

 

All reports are reviewed by trained safety personnel and escalated to law enforcement as necessary.

 

4. Compliance with Global Child Safety Laws

 

Biz Technologies, LLC, adheres to international and local laws governing the protection of minors, including:

  • The U.S. PROTECT Act

  • COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act)

  • EU GDPR-K provisions for children’s data

  • Local jurisdictional laws where applicable

We work closely with legal authorities and child protection organizations to ensure our practices remain fully compliant.


5. CSAM Response Protocol

Upon detection of any content that may constitute CSAM:

  • The material is immediately removed

  • The account is suspended

  • The incident is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement bodies

 

We preserve evidence in accordance with legal requirements to support investigations.
